Seed Diversity fairs
An online preparation meeting to organize ‘Seed Diversity Fair’ was held on 11 October 2020 This is followed by the organization of seed fair in all the project states. The fair not only provided opportunity to the farmers to share their knowledge and seeds but also proved crucial in building a relationship among the project team, farming community and officials from local governing bodies (Panchayati Raj Institutions) and agriculture department. Total about 850 farmers including 295 women farmers participated in the seed fairs and received its benefits.
